  “I've been going to House of Nails nearly every 2 weeks for 2 years now. I always get the shellac manicure which lasts at least 2 weeks every time. They do not use the drill to remove the shellac which I prefer because in previous places they have drilled into my nail. I really like the wide range of colours that are available, especially the dark red cats eye. Everyone is friendly and chatty. Thanks Tom, Kim and Crew!”

  “I had my nails done here last week and was really disappointed with the service. Two of my nails were short and I specifically asked if it was possible to work on my natural nails without tips, as I want them to grow naturally. I was told it wasn’t possible and that tips were required, so I agreed and paid £41. Within just 6 days (3 days of work), one of the tips had already fallen off and two of my natural nails had broken underneath. This should not happen after a professional gel application. When I went back to the salon, instead of replacing the missing tip they simply applied Shellac on my natural nail – which showed that it could have been done without tips in the first place. For the broken nails, I was told nothing could be done unless to remove them and redoing it! The lady that did my nails on the first place said that I hit somewhere and stepped back 😒 first of all, why I wouldn't say if so (i didn'thit anywhere obviously), and second I felt like she found someone to blame. I left the salon with one less tip than I originally paid for, two broken nails, and no real solution offered. For the price charged, I expected much better quality and customer care.”
