“Took the kids for a treat and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The kids meals were well priced and the kids loved the chicken - my youngest had the chicken nuggets (he wasn’t as fussed on the fries due to a light seasoning but he is fussy!) and my oldest had the chicken burger which looked a bit small but she was perfectly happy with it. As a vegetarian I opted for the biscuits and gravy which were outstanding and i ordered an extra biscuit to mop up the leftover gravy whilst the kids devoured an ice cream - the mini ones were plenty! The best bit though was Julie who was working front of house. She was an absolute joy and very helpful. She told me there was a veggie burger if I fancied it next time and how to do the spin to win on the app where I won 25% off our next visit. She was lush with my kids and the other families in there at the time. It is lovely to see someone who enjoys their job ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️”

“No disrespect to any of the staff but the food in Popeye's is inedible. There's no flavour to the chicken other than oil. Visited the Cardiff branch and found it the same. Feel sick every time I eat their chicken”
