  “Very disappointing experience, especially for a recently revamped branch. The burger I ordered was the Dirty Louisiana — and unfortunately, the name rather sums up the experience. We visited when the restaurant was quiet and there were staff members around, yet nobody appeared to be clearing or wiping the tables. Considering the branch has recently been revamped, the layout also leaves a lot to be desired. There are tables positioned directly next to the toilet doors, while the bin area would surely be better located there. As it stands, customers walking in and out have a clear view of the mess around the bins. “Finger-lickin’ good” — unfortunately, you’ll need to lick your fingers clean just to wash off what you’ve touched in the restaurant. The Garlic Parmesan dip is another ongoing issue. This has now happened to me across three different KFC branches. The dip is available to select and pay for on the self-service machine, yet when you order it, it apparently isn’t actually available. When I raised this, I wasn't offered a refund; I was simply asked to choose another dip. The Cloudy Lemon Sparkling Lemonade was particularly disappointing. I've had this before and it was lovely and refreshing, with plenty of lemon flavour. This time, what I received appeared to be little more than sparkling water with two slices of lemon and virtually no syrup or flavour whatsoever. I took it back to the counter and, unfortunately, the customer service I received left a lot to be desired. The drink was replaced, but the second one was still virtually flavourless and clearly hadn't been made to the correct specification. For a branch that has recently had money spent on revamping it, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The issues cover food quality, cleanliness, availability of advertised products and customer service. What makes this even more frustrating is that there are already a number of reviews raising the same concerns. Responses have been given saying that the feedback will be addressed with the team, but another month on, the same problems appear to still be happening. A refurbishment is only worthwhile if the standards and customer experience improve too. Unfortunately, on this visit, they clearly hadn't.”

  “This place is absolutely disgusting. Tables not cleared of food and rubbish. Mess all over the floors. I decided to pay with cash and was waiting over 15 minutes to do so. In the end had to get the staff members attention to pay! We were waiting 40 minutes for the food to come out. Extremely poor service, and food. I know these places get busy. They need to do better! Very disappointed.”
