Customer Review Summary
Reviewers return mainly for the food, which several call consistently good, with large portions, a wide menu and reasonable prices. One regular who orders delivery calls the timing very reasonable, singles out the sesame chicken toast starter and says no main has been bad yet. Another calls it the best Chinese in Linlithgow. Close behind, staff are described as friendly and helpful, and one diner found the food piping hot though not very spicy. The complaints are practical. One reviewer says a phone order comes with a ready time, yet the kitchen only starts cooking once they walk into the shop. Another finds the chow mein noodles a bit thin, and a single-person customer says the raised minimum for card payments makes ordering difficult. A holiday visitor struggled to find the shop because the listed Springfield Road address is actually Springfield Court. One low review calls the food average, with the curry chicken sometimes arriving broken and incomplete.

“Food really good and excellent value for money. Large portions. Server was super friendly. The only problem, was finding the shop. We're on holiday in the area and the address quoted on Google was 6 Springfield Road. We were 4 minutes drive away from this address, but couldn't find it. Eventually we did after checking Royal Mail and discovered the address is actually 6 Springfield Court.”
