  “Awful awful awful, used to be great now it's just disgusting. The chicken has chunks of jelly attached, god knows what that is, not very hot either. I've tried then twice now recently and that's the last time.”

  “"I recently ordered from Oriental House and was thoroughly impressed! The food was really delicious, and all the dishes were tailor-made to our acquired taste. We had pork ribs, chicken in curry sauce, vermicelli noodles, and vegetables in a garlic oyster sauce. The vegetables were incredibly fresh, with a lovely crunch, and the noodles and rice were bursting with flavor. The pork ribs were juicy and satisfying. I highly recommend this takeaway!"”

  “What a turn around! Had stopped using this, our local, for some months, as the food was declining, the place was looking less than inviting & the food hygiene ratings falling. However, having been told by several people that things had changed, we decided to give it another chance & so glad we did. The food just gets better and better. The place itself has had a much needed upgrade, giving you confidence when you walk in that what you walk out with will be good!! Spare ribs are amazing, lemon or orange chicken is extremely good and great value. Chow mein is no longer full of grease, just delicious layers of flavours. Great job on the upgrade, long may it last!”

  “Shocking food Used to be lovely Did not expect a portion of raw frozen chips with onion and peppers chucked in, no salt or chilli, to be called salt chilli chips,is disgusting. Also chicken balls full of gristle. Only thing I like was prawn crackers. Won't be returning.”

  “Ordered take away and I was given egg fried rice instead of chicken chow main so NO dinner for me then!! Was too late to take it back to complain I'm sure the person that got my order enjoyed my dinner. I won't be coming here again!!!!!”

  “We waited 2 hours for this… it looks like sick we ordered 2 and got ONE SENT OUT SO WE HALFED IT.. had a little bite and it was cold to hard so we couldn’t even chew it… disgusting Don’t order from this place… 🤢”

  “We had the spring rolls starter, beef with mushrooms, salt & chilli mixed meat and beef with spring onions with chips. All of the food was delicious and the service was excellent. We had a slight mix-up with one of our mains which was sorted very quickly.”

  “Well where to start, food was lightly to put it - bland. Everything tasted and looked the same - washed out. Plus when I order and pay, I would like to get all of my food. Not just part of it. Didn’t realised I had to take out all containers from bag and check it if everything is in. Never returning back.”

  “Thought I'd give this one a try as my local Chinese is closed on a Tuesday. I'll not be using it again. Crispy meat spring rolls- I'd expected char sue/ shrimps/ beansprouts etc. All I got was 2 small spring rolls containing a meat like substance akin to a deep fried sausage roll. Special curry had a very thin sauce and the chicken in it appeared to have been reheated. The spicy sauce masked the bland ingredients which were mainly vegetables, not much in the way of chicken, king prawn, pork etc. Chips were overcooked..... Not good....”
