  “They doesn't have much experience as beautician. Go at your own risk. They ruined my face beauty ( my eyebrows), on my special day. Never had this much bad eyebrows ever in my life, I literally cried while coming back to home and after coming to home. Never gonna visit again.”

  “Amazing Salon, that never fail me. Always feel extremely confident when I leave, Kamal & Deep are both so understanding & have always looked after me. Most of my appointments are almost like therapy, with Kamal listening to everything I have to say 🤣 My eyebrows are perfect, every single time & never feel worried to ask for small tweaks or changes.   “Disgusting experience, STAY AWAY from this salon. She’s given me skinny eyebrows-pencil shape took off all my hair and can’t do a clean up. I specifically asked for an arch and not thin, I went in with thick browns and have come out with a disgusting thin line of hair! IF YOU LOVE YOUR BROWS, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! The level of incompetence.”

  “Worst salon ever visited. I had an appointment booked and I was running a little late. So, I thought I will call and inform the lady. As I was driving I asked my husband to call and inform them. He never mentioned about cancelling the appointment but they assumed on their own and cancelled appointment. When I walked in to the salon(8 mins late) the lady said she has hand injury and the other lady waited till now and she left. So many times even though I have taken appointment, I have waited in the salon for 10-15 mins. At least, they should have the courtesy of waiting or informing me. And also, when my husband called she said they are too busy and the lady was sitting idle when I went there and the other lady was not even in salon which clearly states she was lying. Never ever recommend this salon to anyone and never ever going to visit them.”

  “I am so glad that they are open again. I missed this place for about more than a year now. And in that one year I have tried 5-6 different parlours but still couldn't get the same service as star beauty. They are fast, on the spot bookings and very clean. They are the best in Leicester city. You will easily find free street parking around.”

  “I had a great relaxing experience at the Star Beauty. Great customer care,services and the prices are reasonable. The salon is kept very neat and clean. Both the ladies are wonderful and very professional. One does not have to wait long for their appointment. I would recommend STAR BEAUTY to everyone,give it a try and feel the difference yourselves.   “Due to my busy life style and family commitments I did not have time to treat my self with facial for pass 8 months. Finally got the opportunity to take some time out and treat my self for my 34th birthday with good glow facial. The result of the glow was absolutely amazing! and the back massage which was included made me feel so relaxed. I was very pleased and defiantly recommend to everyone to try out as its for all skin type. Thanks to the ladies they are just brilliant with their service and very professional. I will definitely be going back again for more treatments.”
