“I called TWICE different days to get French tips with normal nail colour a week in advance, they said yes and it’s a walk in. I wait 30 minutes to be sat down then be told that they don’t do it???!! What a waste of time, now I’m literally right before the event with nothing done”

“They make the prices up as they go along. I asked for a pedicure and french tips, and the tips to be different colours for summer. Quoted £45. They he speaks to his mate in a foreign language and then tells me it’s £53. How can they justify that price increase when effective I’m using less polish than if I had my full nail bed painted. Bad service, rude to speak foreign and blatantly ripping people off. Each time I’ve been before and had my nails done I’ve tipped the tech £10 but won’t be coming back again now”
