  “I had a great experience with Karan for my global hair colour treatment. He was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I had a few concerns during the process, but Karan listened carefully and made sure I was happy. The final colour turned out beautiful, and I’m really pleased with the result. The hair wash and relaxing head massage were also amazing and made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Karan, for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend him and will be coming back!”

  “Not a great experience, very dissapointing I had been waiting patiently for nearly an hour in a queue and other people turn up and given priority. I just walked away from the saloon knowing the fact they would have an excuse. There is no respect for people waiting, this saloon is only for the people who knows the barber. I have noticed the barbers here is a time waster, I believe there are many good places around to have a hair cut.”

  “I visited Mr & Mrs Salon green land road for threading and for waxing yesterday and had a really good experience. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and everything felt clean and well-organised. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely come back”

  “Very disappointing experience at this salon. My child was already waiting in the queue, but they ignored us and gave priority to others without any clear reason. When I questioned it, they tried to make excuses and even pretended they had called me in the morning, which is completely untrue. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when customers are waiting patiently. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor service and very disrespectful attitude”

  “Not a great experience if I had known to call and book my spot I wouldn't wait here for 2 hours of a haircut and whoever comes gets ahead of me and the excuse is he made phone appointments should have been professional and said their is phone appointments including with the ones sitting in the shop. Not happy about it”
