  “I’ve recently visited My Thai, York Place and found the service, food and experience 10/10. The waitress who served us made our visit extra special by bringing us out a birthday cake and candles; she was very friendly and welcoming!! Would definitely recommend visiting and would re-visit next time I’m in Leeds!”

  “My Thai at The Old Steps is a tiny little place with a big personality. I am lucky enough to work about a 1 minute walk from this place, and often take advantage of this to pop in for lunch. During lunch hours, they're always super quick so you're not late getting back! Have also visited in the evenings as well as occasionally ordering delivery from here, and it's always delicious. I always get the corn cakes and either the massaman curry or the crispy chicken which comes with a yummy garlic and chilli sauce.”

  “It's a little basement spot, but it's super cosy and always packed. The delicious Thai food and the lively atmosphere make it feel really authentic. I recommend booking for lunch to avoid disappointment. They offer takeaway service too.”

  “if I am giving 5 star for the food, I am giving 5** for the service from Corn, he is super amazing and gorgeous, probably providing the best customer service but not charging any service fee! The food are super yummy and tasty, and portion are so generous!! Especially the starting plate, our group enjoy it so so so much. if you come to Leeds, don't forget to try this hidden gem restaurant and meet lovely Corn!”

  “Finding myself in Leeds (from London) early on a Thursday afternoon I essentially wanted somewhere not hell-bent on advertising Halal slaughter. It was the perfect spot from where I was staying. Portions huge!..too large for me to manage but I gave it a good go. Service, staff attentiveness and decor all good. Good value and made fresh. Superb non-alcoholic drinks too. Thank you!”

  “Visited this amazing restaurant on a Friday night without a booking but the owner managed to squeeze us in. This restaurant serves some of the best Thai food in Leeds! The Massaman Curry was delicious, and the Khao Soi was great. The staff were attentive and patient, given such a busy service, and the atmosphere was bustling. I'd recommend booking, but if not give them a ring and I'm sure they'll squeeze you in!”

  “Been here a few times now and it is fantastic. Great options for lunch and evening, food is packed with flavour, good portion sizes too. Waitresses are really friendly and food is served quickly. Tamarind duck has become a personal favourite, the pork dumplings and fish cakes for starters also have a personal recommendation.”

  “This is a small but very good Thai Restaurant in Leeds. The restaurant is down in the basement so take extra care with the steps in and out. The top step is higher than the rest so watch out. The food was amazing and so delicious. There was only 2 staff on and the restaurant was busy but the service was slick and quick. The gents toilet is very unusual, I think they ran out of space and just squeezed it in. Larger gents like me need to go in side ways. All in all a very good restaurant and one we will go back to on our next trip to Leeds”
