  “I've come back to edit this review. They did eventually refund when we had to call them back another 10 mins later (the food arrived while we were on the phone that time). They accepted us sending back the food with the driver for a refund. Very disappointing because their cheesy chips are to die for, but we just can't trust we'll get our food in a decent time when we order it anymore. Original review: We've been coming here a while. The food is good but sadly delivery service has been going massively downhill. Today it has been 1hr 40mins between order and delivery and I don't think they even started cooking it until we chased 1hr 20mins. We asked to cancel and get a refund when we called back 15 mins later and were told it was too late because it was made. Really unimpressed and won't be coming back. It's too late at night now and we no longer want the food but looks like we're paying for it and getting it anyways.”

  “Very disappointing Just had a takeaway from here and won’t be ordering again. The chicken tikka didn’t even taste like chicken tikka – completely bland and nothing like what it should be. The donner meat arrived cold, which is unacceptable for a hot meal. The garlic yoghurt sauce even smelt off, so I couldn’t use it. On top of that, the delivery took an hour and 20 minutes, which just made the whole experience even worse. Overall a really poor order and definitely not worth the money.”

  “Always been a fan of Pizza House Middleton. Ordered Friday evening, best ever yet! Cooked to perfection, plenty of toppings and the fries are delicious. Delivered in timely manner. Will definitely be ordering again soon”

  “We've been ordering here for a few years and the food is always delicious. The chips are seasoned nicely. Food always comes on time and is always hot. Can't fault them :)”

  “We are regulars at this take away. We always call in to collect as we don’t live too far away. We have tried most things on the menu and the food is always great. The service is also great. I highly recommend Pizza house company.”

  “what the actual f is that, order took nearly 2 hours to get to us, bearing in mind i can walk the them in 10 minutes 🤦‍♀️ pizza was disgusting, and half the toppings were all over the box like it had been shock all over the place. will not be ordering for here again, absolutely diabolical”

  “This place is an absolute juke. Been a regular customer for years they’ve got zero compassion zero manners and zero respect there a joke. Accepting orders delaying time and still 40 minutes over the time they’ve stated. 90 minutes for 2 pizzas and 2 chips!! Disgusting. Let alone ringing the shop to be told it’s 10 minutes away considering the shops 4 minutes drive on google maps. Jokers Avoid go elsewhere unless your willing to wait 2 hours for your food. On top of that they don’t send free items like there menu states dispite spending the amount required nor do they read the comments when your asking for additional things. Place is a joke and I’m very surprised it’s still up ask running going by the reviews.”

  “Ordered a simple pepperoni stuff crust for delivery...... had to go out in the rain to find driver, then there was no stuff crust to then be told when I call to leave the other outside for the driver to collect? Wonder who they planned reselling that too but am not leaving as its unfair to expect others to now sit waiting when there is a pizza sat there a simple refund should of been given not demands to swap pizzas over now got 2 if I wanted 2 I'd if ordered 2”
