  “Ordered online, waited 1hr 20mins and still no delivery. Rang up to be told there was 11 orders in front of us and they didnt know when the food would be delivered. Then spoke to the manager who was very rude. If there such a high volume of orders that it affects delivery time, customers should be made aware before placing an order. I asked for a refund which they agreed but the manager refused to send a confirmation email that a refund had been sent. The refund will also take upto 5 working days. Pizza house just lost a good customer. I'll update about the refund being recived.”

  “Took over 1hr 20 mins for delivery which was bad enough but when the food did arrive it was awful. Greasy, oily pizza and very bland burger. Very poor experience”

  “Absolutely fantastic place, much better quality food than any fast food places I've been to and yes I've been to a few. Made an order for collection then when I got to the place had to add to order and they were more than happy to keep the earlier part of the order hot for me - this is now my go to over any fast food places. Only BK comes close but that's because they are national and suitable my job ;) Parking is a bit of a pain but park in the Morrisons car park opposite plenty of space”

  “Ordered through Just Eat. Pizza was well over an hour late. Website just kept showing pizza had already been delivered. The first three times I called the restaurant there was no answer, just a recorded message saying no one is available to take my call. . Fourth time I spoke to a stressed sounding member of staff who apologised for how busy they were. Food arrived tepid.. Will not be ordering again.”

  “Left a fair review on just eat, and within half an hour it had jumped 2 stars….. this place is magic😂. Not what we expected, moortown branch is 5 star, this isn’t. Looking at previous reviews I’m waiting for a response from the restaurant where I’m the bad guy. For context ordered a tandoori hot with extra chicken and popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken was nice but the pizza had no extra chicken and was drowning in uncooked tomatoes. Speak to the moortown branch, lived over the road and used them for 8 years with no issues. Left a 2 star review on just eat but after it magically jumped to 4 I thought I’d try here instead…. Looking forward to you telling me where I’ve gone wrong. Thanks REPLY: I have read your menu, your pizza was terrible, I know there is tomato on the pizza but not uncooked and covering the pizza. I have rang the restaurant but you are not willing to speak to me. Turning off replies does not mean problems go away and I am very disappointed that this is how you would respond to a customer as seen in previous reviews it’s the customers fault. As previously stated the moortown branch is fantastic, whatever you are doing wrong here your attitude is not helping. Embarrassing that you have blamed the customer for being illiterate over your service. Will share to social media.”

  “I’ve been ordering from this place for as long as I can remember — I still know their old landline number from when I used to ring it as a kid and I’m in my 40’s now! Delivery is always quick, and it’s always cheaper to order direct instead of using those third-party apps. The food’s always spot on, the service is great, and I’ve never had a problem”

  “Ordered margarita pizza and chips for kids, asked for delivery at 6pm and was delivered at 5.45 cold and burnt. Called and were told they can offer a ‘replacement’ but have to collect the previous pizza. Rude on the phone and no compensation offered”
