Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the friendly, attentive staff, with several describing hosts who offered suggestions and explained how to order and share dishes like the steak and the pasta. Close behind is the decor, called stunning and beautifully decorated. Diners praise the seabass and the seafood tagliatelle as delicious, and one says the team made a mother's birthday feel celebrated. A good range of drinks and a decent wine list also draw comment, along with liqueurs and pudding. The criticism centres on the kitchen. One reviewer found the Caesar salad disappointing, with only chicken and lettuce, and another found a fish dish a bit small. A one-star account describes a very long wait, bitter pasta, prawns with a foul taste, and leaving hungry. In a more positive moment, when a cocktail could not be made for lack of an ingredient, the staff offered shots on the house instead.

“We waited to eat for over 2 hours, all the food was either tasting bad, or was not properly cooked, the pasta was bitter, the waiter did not bother to even ask us if we were ok, we stayed for over an hour without food and worse when they did bring the food, the prawns had a foul taste, the fish was blunt, the pastas were bitter and we had to be ok with just walking out hungry. Worst Italian restaurant experience I have had🙄”

“We had a lovely meal here last night. Food was delicious. Amazing seabass, and seafood tagliatelle. Ceasar salad was a little disappointing chicken and lettuce only. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Especially George he was very welcoming, great asset to the restaurant. Would go back.”

“Harry provided excellent service from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly throughout my visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to help made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s rare to receive such outstanding customer service these days, and Harry is a real credit to the team. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant. Highly recommended! Thanks Sarah”
