  “My partner and I tried a breakfast there for the first time. I had a sausage egg and cheese muffin and my partner had a bacon egg and cheese muffin. Both muffins were incredibly dry, the bacon was dry and rubbery and the sausage patty was spicy but with no flavour. Won't be eating here again.”

  “⭐ 1 Star I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s today. I tried to use my UNiDAYS student discount, but the self-service machine could not scan the code. The only options were paying by card on the machine or going to the counter. When I went to the counter for help, the staff attitude was extremely rude and unhelpful. One female staff member ignored us completely, and a male staff member told us to wait because he had to serve other orders first. We waited around five minutes, even though the screen showed there were no orders left. He was literally just standing there and refused to help us pay with the discount. Eventually we had to go back to the machine and pay full price, which meant we couldn’t use the 15% UNiDAYS discount at all. This wasted our time and created a very unpleasant experience. If you promote student discounts, your system and staff should actually support customers who want to use them. Very disappointed with this store.”

  “From York and this is my First and 2nd time visiting a Wendy's. The burger was nicely cooked, When I tried a fry before getting my drink, they were the nicest fries I've ever had. Period. Made sure the staff knew that and they kindly offered a frosty for free, couldn't have ice cream but it was a lovely gesture! The store layout is bright, professional, modern with the Kiosks and mobile ordering. And the food arrived in about 5 minutes during a Friday afternoon.”
