  “Fast food restaurant in Leeds. More expensive than other fast food places, but we found it worth it. The staff are extremely attentive and the place is spotless. Unlike some other fast food establishments. The food is pretty good. We got a couple of chicken burgers with fries. Seating upstairs. The decor was a bit generic though.”

  “Though people hype a lot about this place in the states my first experience was pretty underwhelming. I got the deluxe spicy chicken burger but the chicken itself was quite dry and bready. Wouldn’t go again.”

  “Finally got to try this for the first time after hearing about it a long time ago…. the classic chicken sandwich was basic and tasty, waffle fries were cooked well and fun however quantity could be better, the Chick-fil-A dip was good however I didn’t like the ranch one. The service was hospitable and I liked the decor. It is reasonably priced considering the competition. No tray for eat-in was a surprise. I might try the spicy option next time.”

  “Great service from the moment we walked in, the server kept using my name when asking me what I'd like to order and gave recommendations as it was my first visit. The food was slow to arrive to the table but when it did they apologised and gave us free nuggets as an apology! The grilled chicken sandwich was really tasty and fresh. The ice tea and lemonade is incredible.”

  “First time trying Chick-fil-A and the food was genuinely ethereal. I loved every part of it. I ordered a Deluxe Chicken Sandwhich Meal with a cookies and cream milkshake. This meal from The chips to the burger to the milkshake was mouthwatering and I would order again from this exact location in a heartbeat. Everything was perfect, no complaints whatsoever. The person who served me was Catherina and she had 5 star customer service. I would 100% recommend Chick-fil-a to anyone who hasn’t ordered yet and especially this location. Thank you for everything Chick-fil-a, you’ve changed my life 🥹”

  “Such a novelty having chic-fil-a in the UK and for it to be in the north instead of London first is very cool! We actually went on Valentine’s Day and they put flowers out on the table which was cute. The food was good! A little overpriced but it’s the only one in the UK and you’re defo paying for the brand. The chicken sandwich was delightful! Really well cooked, still juicy and succulent. We got a few other things and tried all the sauces. The spicy burger has a kick if you like spicy you’ll love it. The waffle fries were okay. Nothing to run and tell about. It was very busy when we went so I’m not sure if business affects the food quality. I will say the staff were amazing! Could tell they were busy but they were very on it with customer service and the guy cleaning tables upstairs was so efficient and kind. He got us a missing item from our order so we didn’t have to go back downstairs again even though it was super busy. Atmosphere was good but like I said busyyyy. A few random things happened out of the businesses control. I’d like to go again when it’s not super busy.”

  “Hi when I found out about this place opening on Tik tok I thought I gotta try it. I ordered chick fil a chicken burger meal the fries and burger absolutely beautiful! Great service very clean place i recommend going I know im defo going again. Absolutely loved it! Very clean bathroom also this place deserves all the stars and customers.”

  “The staff are so nice and seemed very happy it makes a nice change seeing staff that want to take your order. I found the menu easy and clear it wasnt overwhelming. The food honestly i was shocked that fast food could be so nice and fresh really good quality. The place was super clean the bathroom was spotless. I am very happy i finally got to try it after years of wanting to. Omg i nilly forgot the milk shacks are just epic i was sad when i had finished it i wanted another. Well worth the 150 miles road trip. To all the staff thank you”
