  “I really want to like this place but on the three occasions I have called recently the beer has been terrible. On our last visit we couldn't even finish our pints. Give the beer lines a clean once a week and all will be forgiven.”

  “I’ve been here a few times now and it never fails to impress. The food is always really good, and it’s a great spot to enjoy a few drinks. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming and attentive, which makes every visit even better. Definitely one of my favourite places to go, would highly recommend!”

  “Great place to come for food and or drinks after work in the week. Lovely food. And is dog friendly. Salt and pepper fries were a real winner amongst the group!”

  “We booked for a work social and absolutely loved it. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly throughout. Everyone had a fantastic time, and I am already planning to return with my family. Highly recommended!”

  “One of our favourite spots! Great location for catching up with friends and hanging out. Staff are really friendly. Amazing burgers and a variety of drinks are available. Indoor and outdoor seating available.”

  “Called in this establishment for early dinner, we were shown to a pleasant table, and menus were presented briskly and courteously. The indoor seating and bar area is modern, clean and fresh with decent views of Tower Square in Wellington Place. The food and drink we both enjoyed, we opted for wine - Vinho Verde, burgers, fries and a Belgian waffle dessert to share. Service was excellent and very friendly, all in all a very pleasant meal, we will return.”

  “Went for a birthday meal, staff were lovely, made sure we were okay without rushing us. Food was quick and hot, really tasty and good portions for price. Cocktails were delicious, had a lovely spin on the classics! Would recommend as a spot for those who don't know Leeds, or want a new nice, tasty meal.”

  “Third visit here. I got the exact same dish again. The Asian-inspired fries are thee best. And the bluey burger is phenomenal. I like bought if give it one more try to get the burger as succulent as it was on my first visit. Alas, it was well-done, not medium and falling apart as I would have loved it to be. I feel this is the last time I’ll order this burger, but I still enjoyed nonetheless. And the service is always great. Next time, lamb koftas lol”

  “Held an engagement party here for 80 guests on a Saturday when the venue is usually closed. Stuart the manager was more than helpful when we first ate here to look at the venue and the buffet menu options for the party included the burger and chicken skewers that we ate that lunchtime (sadly no one got any good photos). In the lead up to the event he was more than accommodating to our bespoke requests and then on the day/evening of the party, the assistant manager Lauren looked after us and she was a superstar. Nothing was too much for her and all the guests were raving about the food, the service from the staff and the great vibe. It's away from the main city centre too, so you get the whole venue to yourself and no hassle from the usual Saturday night crowd in town. Would 100% recommend for the food during the week and also 100% recommend if you are looking to host an event for up to 100 people in Leeds.”
