Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the burgers, from the bacon cheeseburger and the Twisted Fire Starter to a vegan burger one diner's wife called the best she had eaten, with several praising the locally sourced beef from a named local butcher. Close behind are the loaded fries, including the piggy deluxe fries, whose portions are described as generous enough that one couple could not finish them, and the Finger Lickin' Chicken with its coated fillet. Reviewers also mention friendly, fast service, food arriving promptly and piping hot, and a good range of drinks, with gluten free options noted. A few call it a little expensive, though others find the prices reasonable, and one notes limited seating inside. Two reviewers report letdowns: one received sloppy burgers with soggy bread, and another got a black, crunchy You Melt burger with no mozzarella, overheard staff saying "oh that one" on the phone, and was given a replacement but not in time to eat it with the rest of the meal.

“Food was delicious- quite big portions especially the loaded fries but reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere and waited no time for the food. Not many seating inside but you can reserve a table easily via online and call. We went in the evening and managed to park on the street for free but there is 1 car space just outside Native Burger.”

“An absolutely fantastic experience tonight, my wife said hers was the best vegan burger she's ever had and the beef and chicken burgers rest of us had were bloody fantastic. Portion sizes on the fries is extremely generous, staff are ruddy great and the venue itself has a lovely vibe. Highly recommend”

“Had burgers before and they are usually amazing, Last night our burgers were sloppy, wrapped poorly and the bread was just a soggy mess. Not the usual standard. Maybe owners should do anonymous spot checks from time to time to ensure quality stays top notch. Wasn't a pleasant meal this time around”

“10/10 for locally sourced meat and produced nearby. Ordered for take away and I was thoroughly delighted with my order. A little expensive but extremely delicious and you definitely get what you pay for, a treat in such a historic town.”

“Ordered the you melt burger tonight and was met with a black crunchy block with no mozzarella in. I phoned up and overheard them say “oh that one” down the phone. They did end up replacing the burger but would’ve been nice to eat it with the rest of my meal without the hassle.”
