  “Drove over here from Dalmahoy. Ordered a Carver plate, lasagna, and a side of chips. Everything was great, turkey nice and juicy, chips done well and lasagna hot and bubbly. BIG sundaes (the small size, we're told) were fantastic. Atmosphere & music very relaxed and casual. Loved it, would highly recommend!”

  “Family lunch at the weekend. Great to visit somewhere that isn't a chain. Not too many healthier options on the menu but all the food is proper hime style cooking and generous portions. Really enjoyable few hours”

  “My adult kids done a 60th b day suprise for there dad there were 9 grandkids and 7 adults ranging from 1 year to 26 with grandkids but everyone had a great afternoon kids loved outside play area as much as the inside one . We only saw them when hungry or thirsty I had carvery but we all loved our meals from fish to curry to my sundae not one unhappy customer and staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble was that good my husbands bringing me here Friday afternoon oh and my kind son paid for it all. I can highly rec this place for everyone old and young oh guitars were a great bonus”

  “Clan was in the area and we chose this place to eat. Google maps will tell you to continue down the road from the A71. But if you just use your logic. You can turn in when you see the building from the main road. It has ample parking. Was a nice surprise to see that there was a play area for the kids and outdoor place to sit and enjoy the sun. There seem to be 2 areas to eat. Pub area has no table service. Once sat it was pretty quiet and service was swift and smooth. Food arrive pretty quickly also. There is a divide in the clan as to how good the food was, some went with average others above average. I'm going with above average for the portion sizes where lovely and large. The lovely decor with good music made it fun for the clan. All in all an enjoyable place to visit. Enjoy.”

  “Absolutely loved this place! The food was incredibly delicious, the steak was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the fish and chips were just as tasty. Service was impressively fast, and the staff were polite and attentive throughout our visit. The restaurant is nicely decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Highly recommended!”
