About Nook Cafe & Bistro
Nook Cafe & Bistro is a cafe at 5 Luptons Court in Keswick that sources its pork, ham, sausage and bacon from its own farm or locally, so the meat on the menu comes from close to home. Toasties come with fillings like cheese and ham, or sausage with honey mustard. The red pepper and tomato soup is served with a thick slice of bread. For a hot drink, the menu includes a gingerbread hot chocolate. Dogs are welcome, which suits walkers stopping in with a pet. The cafe sits down a side alley just off the main street, right next to the car park.

Customer Review Summary
Toasties draw the most praise, with one reviewer describing a cheese and ham version and another a sausage with honey mustard, both well filled. Red pepper and tomato soup and the small cooked breakfast with sausage and bacon follow, with reviewers noting ingredients from the cafe's own farm. One reviewer wished hot food ran past 3pm, and another left because only drinks menus sat on the table.

“This is a rare gem in Keswick, and only being going three months. It's light, bright and very clean. The pork and ham are sourced from their own farm. We opted for the soup instead of the side salad with our toasties. The red pepper and tomato soup was delicious. The toasties were well filled. I had cheese and ham whilst my husband had their sausage with honey mustard. We will definitely return and make this our go to place. It's value for money especially in Keswick. It's down a side alley just off the main street and well worth a visit.”
