Customer Review Summary
Breakfast is the main draw at this family cafe, with reviewers praising fresh, tasty plates such as delicious sausages, a massive omelette and nicely cooked cooked breakfasts, and several noting it is served all day. Coffee comes up close behind and is called lovely and very good, alongside a refreshing apple juice and a warming hot chocolate. Lunch gets mentions too, including a chicken and mayo baguette and a chicken caesar salad that arrived very quickly. Staff are repeatedly described as friendly, welcoming and polite, and one reviewer likes the real flowers on the tables and the absence of a service charge. The main complaint is pace and drinks: one reviewer waited a good 15 to 20 minutes for a strawberry milkshake, and another found an oat milk latte tasted "different" and was not refunded after mentioning it, following an earlier dirty glass that was replaced. Several visitors were killing time while their car was at a nearby garage, and one reviewer mentions that the clean toilets and hanging macrame plants added to the visit.

“We stopped for a late lunch/brunch. Food was very good but we firstly had an issue with a dirty glass which was rectified. My oat milk latte tasted very ,"different"(maybe a different make of oat milk)? I did drink it but it wasn't enjoyable. Mentioned to waitress upon paying, thought may take coffee charge off but didn't but get it as I had drunk it as was thirsty!”

“The food here is always so fresh and tasty, and the cafe is very clean and well cared for (with real flowers on the table, not plastic). The prices are reasonable and they do not add a service charge or ask for a tip on the card reader (but there is a cup to leave a tip if you wish, with no pressure).”
