“I had a really disappointing experience here. I simply asked the barber to clean up my neck and beard, and he flat-out refused. I’ve been to barbers all over the world, and never in my life has a barber refused such a basic part of a haircut or grooming service. What made it even worse was how rude and dismissive he was about it. Good customer service goes a long way, and this experience was the complete opposite. I left feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I won’t be returning, and based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this barber if you expect professionalism or decent customer service.”

“One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. I took my 6-year-old son here and waited 45 minutes for his turn. Only when we finally reached the chair were we told they wouldn’t cut his hair if he moved because they had allegedly cut a child recently and been warned and fined by Redbridge council. If this is your policy, why not tell customers before they waste 45 minutes sitting in the shop? The complete lack of common sense was astonishing. If you’re unwilling or unable to cut children’s hair, be honest and say so upfront. Don’t keep families waiting only to spring conditions on them at the last minute and leave them walking out empty-handed. A complete waste of time and a very poor way to treat customers.”
