About Ali's Barber Shop
On New N Rd in Ilford, Ali's Barber Shop is a barber shop that opens daily. Its haircuts are quick, taking about 10 minutes, which suits customers who want to be in and out of the chair fast. Scissor beard trims are also offered for those who want their beard shaped as well. Weekdays tend to be freer, while Saturdays and the days before public holidays bring longer waits, so the quieter days suit anyone short on time.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers who praise the shop center on a friendly barber and a great haircut that matches what they asked for. Several describe a quick, quality cut with nice conversation, and long-standing customers call the barbers professional and skilled. One mentions a fair price and another welcomes the newer barbers. The complaints are just as pointed and come from nearly half the reviewers. An older barber is described as rude and unprofessional, and one reviewer says he ruined their cut and then misbehaved. Another says a barber cut their hair while looking sideways and chatting with a colleague, and that coworkers commented on the result the next day. One reviewer says a barber made an issue of their using the sink to wash their hands and face. Others report being turned away before closing, including a parent with a young child refused for the fourth time, who says the breaks are not posted on Google Maps or the shopfront. One person wanting only a scissor beard trim was refused, then served without fuss at another shop further down the road.

“Really bad service, the old hairdresser is so unprofessional and rude. Friends and families have told me same aswell. Owner Ali needs to look into this concern and feedback and take actions.”

“Men with long hairs be cautious before taking service from this shop, the Guy aged between 35-40 ruined my hairs then misbehaved as well. They in my opinion fell short of the standard required for serving the customer, Thanks.”
