“Not happy with the queue system. Asked if there was a queue, there was another guy siting while the other was being serviced with two members of staff. Was waiting for 30 minutes and the person being serviced moved to the other barber to do the hot towel service. There seemed to be something happening with the person waiting but no one informed me of anything. All of a sudden someone else comes in and they jump the queue. Walked out as I felt like there was no communication and my time was being wasted. Good aircon though and it seems like they do the full hot towel service but they really need to communicate with their customers especially when the whole street is filled with barbers - supply and demand.”
