  “Great lunchtime menu, delicious home cooked food, decent sized portions. We had the hummus & the butterfly prawns as starters and the chicken skewer + the moussaka as mains. Everything was delicious specially the home made baklava! Kind, welcoming staff. 100% recommend.”

  “Absolutely lovely experience at Ibo’s Hitchin! The food was amazing and the service was so lovely. The owner was genuinely so kind, and the lady working FOH was equally lovely and welcoming. They even gave us eclipse glasses so we could safely watch the eclipse, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the evening even more special. Would definitely recommend! ❤️”

  “Staying in Hitchin this evening and was looking for somewhere to eat and stumbled upon this restaurant. Ordered the mix grill and an efes lager. What a lovely meal it turned out to be. The meat was cooked perfectly and the salad was so nice it complimented the rice and meat perfectly. Portion size was perfect. Friendly staff and didn't have to wait long either. Definitely would recommend this restaurant. One of the better Turkish ones I have been to. Thank you”

  “A great place to have a a meal with friends. A wide selection of food, as you would expect lots of Mediterranean. All served fresh and plentiful. Try the local wines, not to Hitchin but the theme. No need to book, walk ups accepted.”

  “Great place for lunch or dinner! The food is amazing, with a wide range of Turkish/Mediterranean dishes - I had the Sarma Chicken Beyti, and my friend went for the Mix Three Shish - both dishes were fantastic and very tasty. Followed the mains up with Turkish coffee and Baklava....delicious! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, so If you are in Hitchin, then we'll worth dropping in!”

  “Came to this restaurant through recommendation and oh boy they were not wrong! Usually I'd order chicken shish at any Turkish restaurant as I love it, but this time I saw Filet Steak Shish on the menu and had to try it! Im so glad I did, its possibly the best meal I've ever had, I could've eaten it all over again had I not have been so full! Definitely worth a trip to Hitchin, just for this restaurant!”

  “This is an absolutely wonderful restaurant! We have been three times this month already and will be back before the end of the month! Every time we come, the food is perfect and the service is outstanding. Would (and frequently do) recommend this place to anyone and everyone. There is so much on the menu that everyone would be happy! Thank you to all the staff x”
