  “Called Ming Garden at least 20 times to get message "Welcome to voicemail" So we drove there as we wanted Chinese. FFS it was CLOSED ! ! ! A simple message on the answerphone would provide some form of customer service.”

  “They only offer takeaway. The food was really good and they even offered us some Chinese crackers with our orders. We got to discuss with the lady at the counter during the preparation of our orders, she is so funny and nice ! Very welcoming and positive attitude, it felt so refreshing to discuss with people that love their job. Just one downside : the sweet and sour HK style (number 60) was way too sweet 😅 but everything else was really good (rolls, beef chow mien, pork satay sauce, egg rice…)”

  “Nice takeaway Chinese place. We walked in and ordered in person, 30 min wait on a Sunday night, it was ready to go upon returning. Everything we ordered was delicious and fresh. Would definitely order from here again.”

  “Very good service. Had sweet n sour chicken balls and Singapore rice noodles. The only thing I'd say, if you put fresh chillies in the Singapore noodle. They'd be fantastic, very tasty otherwise.”

  “The staff truly cares about your experience. About a month ago, we placed our order here. The staff was friendly. She spent quite a lot of time in recommending us their food patiently. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had in Herne Bay. Highly recommend! A gentle reminder, be patient to wait for delivery especially during weekend.”

  “Visited the shop to order, as this is the easiest and quickest way( As they are extremely busy Saturdays). Waited 25 minutes for food and I arrived home with it steaming hot The food was amazing! My husband and I were very impressed as we have been to other Chinese takeaways in the bay and it's always a disappointment, greasy and boring. Nothing was greasy from Ming Garden, the vegetables were freshly cooked, with bite. Lovely sweet and sour pork balls with decent cuts of meat in. Pancake rolls were huge! A well deserved 5 stars, thank you so much MG for the beautiful meal! We will be back!”
