Customer Review Summary
Karak chai is what reviewers raise most, described as strong, aromatic and piping hot, with one pairing it with a samosa. Breakfast follows, with the full English, omelette wrap, aloo paratha and butter chicken with slaw all named, and one visitor valuing the halal food. Many praise friendly, welcoming staff, and a few call the room clean and calm. Complaints are specific. The pink chai lacked proper flavour for one regular, and a mango milkshake barely tasted of mango and looked nothing like the menu board picture. One reviewer reports finding hard date stones at the bottom of a date and banana thick shake and calls it a choking risk. Another describes dirty tables and used tissues on the floor with staff not clearing them, and a delivery customer says missing items were met with laughter. Even so, regulars describe a server who greets them with a smile on every visit.

“Good cozy vibe of the place. The food is also good. Cherry on the cake is service thanks to Monica whenever i dined at this place. She is very welcoming and helpful. Cheers to the entire team. Keep up the good work.”

“The food was genuinely good and I would definitely go back for that. However, the dining area really lets the place down. The tables were dirty, the floor had used tissues lying around and it just didn't feel clean or looked after. What was more disappointing was that there were staff around but no one seemed interested in clearing the tables or tidying up. It's a shame because the food is worth trying but the overall experience would be so much better if they paid more attention to the cleanliness and ambience.”

“I bought a Flooda mango milkshake and it was absolutely disgusting. It barely tasted of mango at all and was definitely not worth the money. The milkshake I received looked nothing like the picture shown on the menu board, which was very misleading. I was really disappointed with the quality and would not recommend it unless this issue is addressed.”

“Just had a breakfast meal with my brother for his birthday and we had a fantastic experience! We were served by the lovely Sabna who made the experience perfect and made his day! The food was lovely and the Karla chai is the best. Sabna was so lovely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!”
