“As I started my meal I noticed something peeking out of the spinach… I removed the top layer of spinach to find a grotesque bug sandwiched between it :( it was very much dead and thankfully I noticed in time before taking a mouthful of spinach… luckily the cashier handled this quite well and was very apologetic. She offered me a refund and a free sushi bento but I was a bit hesitant and I’m questioning the kitchen’s hygiene…”

“Good place for food. Its about £10 for large meal. It is not just sushi, you can get soup to. I had soup with noodles and goyza. Very tasty. Place is spacious, clean, tidy and they have on site toilet. They fo not accept cash.”

“First time, ordered take out on the screen, didn’t know I have to grab few items myself, then someone came to help, I had to come back in the store, was missing an item, then walked 80 yards my bag melted, food on the floor, the package was not sealed properly and the bag quality is poor. I had to clean the mess and walk to find a bin to dispose nearly everything.”

“We went today as a family and a bug (big fly) came out of my child’s food. The staff was very reactive and very kind and refunded us and changed our children’s food (made at the same time). However I am not trusting this venue anymore.”
