  “A warm, welcome and a beautiful smile from Prissy upon arrival. Delicious hot & fresh food cooked to order. We decided to go for the set lunch, starter, main and a drink, absolutely delicious divine! Aubergine & Thai green curry were nom nom, so full of flavour. Everything was cooked to perfection, cannot beat it. I cook a lot, so I am super fuzzy when it comes to eating out. Why dod not know about how good this restaurant is before now! This place deserves 5 Star reviews all round. Best eat out experience in Bluewater in years, will definitely be back with friends and family. Thank you for making us both feel so welcome, the excellent customer service and yummy meal. Will be back!”

  “This was my 2nd visit and it gets better every time. The food is absolutely delicious and all the staff were so kind and smiling. Tina my server was absolutely fantastic and a credit to rosa Thai.   “We came here as a group of 10 for a birthday meal, with 2 children, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, very pleasant and happy, the service was great, food amazing, definitely will be coming back thank you Tina for making our visit so special singing happy birthday with ice cream and candle so lovely.   “We had a lovely meal at Rosa Thai today. The food was delicious and full of flavour, and my kids really enjoyed their kids’ meals as well. A special thank you to Tina, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. She made us feel very welcome and checked on us regularly to make sure everything was okay. Excellent service from her and we really appreciated it. Highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely come back again!”

  “Here’s a balanced, polished review capturing your experience: I recently visited Rosa’s Thai in Bluewater Shopping Centre and had a generally pleasant dining experience, with a few notable drawbacks. The food was undoubtedly the highlight—fresh, flavourful, and well-presented. Each dish delivered the vibrant, authentic Thai taste you would expect, making it a satisfying meal overall. The atmosphere was equally enjoyable, with a calm and relaxing setting that made it easy to unwind and enjoy the dining experience. However, there were a couple of disappointments. I was unable to use a Blue Light discount due to it being a Bank Holiday, which I was told at the time—but this restriction was not clearly stated on their website. This lack of transparency was frustrating and detracted from an otherwise positive visit. Additionally, the staff were not as warm or attentive as I’ve experienced in two other Rosa’s Thai branches, which made the service feel somewhat below the brand’s usual standard. Overall, great food and a nice atmosphere, but improvements in customer service and clearer communication around discounts would significantly enhance the experience.”

  “This is an excellent restaurant and I had a very enjoyable experience when I had lunch here yesterday (1 April 2026). All of the staff were friendly, full of smiles and excellent service provided by Tina. There was a very good vibe in the restaurant because of the staff and their jolly but professional attitude. The food was first class. I ordered chicken Pad Thai with iced Thai Tea with lemon. The Pad Thai was delicious with lots of chicken to be discovered under the noodles. In case readers think that there isn't much chicken on the plate in the photo, there was a good sized portion of chicken fillet pieces underneath the noodles, which made it a good sized meal worthy of the price and good value for money. Tina was very attentive, ensuring that I had enough food and drink during my visit. There was another member of staff behind the bar, who also provided excellent service. Although a 12.5% service charge is automatically added to the bill, I paid an extra tip, as the quality of the food and service was excellent. I will definitely return when I next visit Bluewater.”
