  “This has happened 3 times within a month Order and paid for a double quarter pounder with cheese and only get one patty. If it only happened once I would say it’s an easy mistake but 3 times! clearly something going on. Scam!”

  “Drive through takes priority so if you want to eat in, don't waste your time. 25 mins waiting for food, we asked for a refund which took another 10 minutes to process!”

  “14min waite for half a McFlurry and drink with no ice. Apparently this size is normal, must be in this one only as other customers enquired as well. McDonald's is my go to for quick meal but it won't be this one.”

  “You are actually the worst McDonald's iv been to .food always cold ,always issuing items and worst of all is if the food actually turns up it looks like a 2 year old has made it and can't put a burger together if they tried . You have no care about your customers who spend alot of money. This location needs shutting down . Your not even worth 1 star but have to put it to submit this £50 pounds worth of crap.”

  “Cannot get an order right the food is always cold and never fresh not a single bit of customer service from any team members They're either rude or don't want to serve you. They immediately tell you to go and use the kiosks instead of being served at the till. From the management to the lowest members of staff having arguments in and around the restaurant in front of customers and or not being able to speak to the customer to be able to understand what they need and or want”

  “This place is totally useless! Every drive through and home delivery order is ALWAYS incomplete; missing food items, missing condiments (for porridge pancakes etc and it's drive through). Park up please and they will bring the order out... We waited HALF AN HOUR. I went in and chased them asked for a refund to order over the counter. Conveniently our food was ready! I omplained another time as waiting 15 mins for drive through food and the member of staff laughed and said "I went on my break. We have no one else to do it so you've had to wait longer" 90% of the time food is always cold and no one gives a ...., no improvements get made and no one takes responsibility for it. They never fix the issues. We 'give them a try as it may have changed' is always met with disappointment. Never come across MDs that are so consistently bad and don't care.”

  “The service... They struggled to take a massive order of a Quarter pounder meal and a hamburger. Took them four attempts very embarrassing. The food. Coke was exchanged for water as it didn't taste like coke, it tasted like the machines need a bloody good clean. Fries were cooked in what was clearly old dirty oil and the burger tasted like a greasy dirty grill...And they still managed to give us a cheeseburger instead of a burger. Thank heavens it isn't real cheese eh? The atmosphere. Grim, sterile and disoptian. It looks like a prison canteen in maximum security facility where food is dispensed through a hatch. I was desperate for a bite to eat and regretted coming here.”
