  “Good food, but terrible management and reliability. The Hungry Cow usually serves decent food, but their basic customer service is non-existent. Their official website says they are open for business, but they are locked up tight with the lights off. To make it worse, they don't even bother to pick up the shop phone when you call. If you are going to close early or have unexpected closures, update your hours online so customers don't waste their evening.”

  “Really good overall—I loved the food and the prices were great too. Communication with the staff can be a bit difficult at times, but it’s not a big issue since the food is amazing.”

  “Where to start.... first of all the prices shown on the TV inside are incorrect and it's more expensive then stated on the TV. I saw the staff taking out the frozen burger from a bag and deep frying it so the food isn't fresh. The worse part is that I could buy this from asda!! Please see picture below. Really disappointed... if I wanted to have food like this I would just make it at home.... never again ... save yourself money and buy it from asda and make at home... you can make about 4 burgers for the price of their one burger.....also they only take CASH... no cash point nearby”

  “Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much but this place really surprised me. The burger was super juicy and full of flavour, and you can tell everything was fresh. The bun didn’t fall apart (which is always a win), and the fries were actually really good too. Service was chill and friendly, nothing over the top, just a nice easy vibe. I’d definitely go back when I’m in the mood for a proper burger.”
