  “Fast delivery lovely milkshakes. Bought one zingy fillet chicken burger and the philly cheese beef burger and I've got to say I've never tasted such a bland chicken burger and the philly was any old kebab burger just with a brioche bun 1st and last time ordering.”

  “Can’t fault them. Top takeaway. Quality food and even better they have an app to order! Much prefer this to ordering through awful expensive third party order/delivery apps. Loyal customer for the foreseeable 😊”

  “Don’t usually get takeaways but wanted to treat ourselves at home for New Year’s Eve. Ordered 2 burgers, side of sweetcorn, potato wedges and chicken strips. The burgers are large which is great, but the contents within the burgers not so much. One of the burgers had chicken and beef in, the chicken was incredibly dry, my mouth was dry eating it. The beef patty so thin I didn’t even notice it was there at first. The cheese was missing. A tiny squeeze of garlic sauce for 70p? The lettuce and tomato were brown - ended up picking out. The potato wedges were going cold by the time it was delivered to us. Hardly any flavour - didn’t end up eating them. The chicken strips were SO overcooked that the meat was crumbly. Tried one strip, the rest seems like will be going in the bin. The only good thing was the corn on the cob. As for everything else, hardly eaten and for £35, might as well gone to Waitrose and brought finer ingredients to make it myself. Not going to be ordering again. Disappointing. My stomach hurts.”

  “Shake & Grill never disappoints. The food is always outstanding — hot on arrival, fresh, and full of flavour every single time. Their milkshakes are honestly some of the most refreshing I’ve ever had. We recently had a small mix-up where some drinks were missing from our order. Mistakes happen, especially when they’re busy, and it was totally understandable. But the delivery driver went above and beyond: he genuinely offered us his own drinks as an apology. That level of kindness and customer care is rare, and it meant a lot. We did say no because we felt bad but he really did insist and was quite apologetic for it 🥹 but we greatly appreciated it. Shake & Grill continues to be our go-to, not just for the great food, but for the amazing service too.”

  “Really nice staff, food comes quick and hot with MASSIVE portions!! I couldn’t even come close to finishing my wrap, even after a bad hangover. The milkshakes were perfect, we both had Oreo and it slapped. The wrap was great, not many places nearby offer falafel as an option, so it was nice to be able to have a wrap I really love. Reasonably priced for the size too!”

  “Ordered 2 burger meals and 2 kids meals. Turned up with a portion of chips missing, a drink missing and attempting to eat the texan burger was a no go, you may as well just of opened a bottle of ketchup and drank it. Disgusting waste of money that went in the bin”

  “Food not up to standard as in the past since we’ve ordered used to love ordering the Lebanese salad esp. Not sure what happened this evening!! As I hope this is a once off kinda thing!! Has recipe has changed?? not for the better however for the worse!! Lit slop on a plate and not fresh at all! Tried to tell over the telephone as I tried to give feedback directly but just received argumentative abuse. I lit can’t talk any more so now I’m typing and being the keyboard warrior!! And I do sincerely apologise in advance!! Called to send back as we not happy and the verbal argumentative abuse was something exceptional!! We simply wanted a return and refund policy!!”

  “Absolutely terrible. I ordered a so called Lebanese salad, was vile, soggy and absolute day light robbery at £4.99. I have no idea how they came to that price? I complained and they replaced it with this equally hideous‘ Mediterranean’ salad, pictured below. We threw our burgers away🥺 total waste of time. I only gave 1 star, because the chips were ok”

  “Not bad, always very tasty food not had a shake yet, but wraps are good and the chilli cheese bites, I got free chicken wings as well. Would eat here again”
