“Today 30/08/2026…. 13:45 PM I coming in the GDK in Fareham city but when I wanna buy for myself food, there’s no no one up to tell I wanna order food for myself, after three minutes one guy I think he’s from Pakistan you disrespect with me and no one like like this restaurant….”

“I usually order food from them almost every friday and love it but last friday I decided to go and pick up my food as I was driving nearby, at around 8pm I placed my order and had to wait about 40 minutes for my food. I was the only person that made an order there that wasn't a deliveroo/ubereats driver. There were only 4 employees with only 1 packing food with a bunch of online orders to pack. They looked quite unstaffed or the guys in the kitchen could have also helped. After waiting for 40 minutes the lady gave me 3 bags, 1 with an order that was not for me. I had to turn back and give it to her which she wasn't even nice about. Upon arriving home and checking my food, my OG kebab order was fine but the one for my wife was packed incorrectly and instead of beef she got a chicken one full of tomato and other stuff I asked to be removed. Luckily this happened to her and not to me or I would have been without a dinner because I am lactose intolerant and I always remove the yogurt sauce, she was still quite frustrated about it, which is understandable as we go to GDK mostly because of they beef kebabs. Please hire more people so situations like these don't happen and at least a sorry for the waiting time would have been nice when I picked up my food.”
