About Nando's Gloucester Quays
Nando's Gloucester Quays is a Portuguese restaurant at Unit 105a in the Gloucester Quays area, known for its flame-grilled chicken with peri-peri spice. The menu centres on chicken in a range of heat levels, alongside burgers, pitta wraps, salads and sides such as chips and corn on the cob. Customers order at the counter and food can be ordered via QR code at the table, with delivery also available for those eating at home. Tables are cleared by staff as customers finish. Extra charges apply for add-ons like chicken added to a salad, and portions tend to be on the smaller side.

Customer Review Summary
Service and friendly staff dominate the praise across most visits, with several singling out the same team member by first name for warm, helpful interactions. The peri-peri chicken and broader menu arrive quickly, hot, and well presented, drawing families back roughly every two months. The downsides reviewers raise: small portions at busy times, high add-on costs on salads and bottomless drinks, and pressure to clear tables before diners finish.

“We visit this venue around every two months. Never had a bad visit. The location is well placed and feels airy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food arrived quickly, hot and well presented. It really is a pleasure eating here and it's something the entire family (and neighbours) look forward to very much!”

“Sucede que los precios de los platos son lis básicos. Cada cosa que se le agrega suma. Ejemplo una Cesar salad £9 y con pollo $4.25 más”

“I've been to literally dozens of Nandos across the country - this is the best one. The staff could not be nicer - genuinely lovely.”

“Ferg was absolutely suberb, lovely bloke and a credit to Nando’s. Chuck him a fat bonus please.”

“A lunchtime meal with my wife. Quickly greeted and seated. Food was easy to order via QR (but could go to order directly). Nice selection of food and drinks, which arrived very quickly. Food tasted good and good portion sizes. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Only downside I would say is the price of the bottomless soft drink is quite high.”
