  “Ordered from here this week - took just shy of two hours to have two wrap meals delivered - absolutely awful service & when we phoned chasing our food they didn’t seem that worried that it had already been an hour and half at that point. Won’t be using again.”

  “Ordered chicken burger meal, didn't realise I need to mention well cooked chicken since it came half cooked. few days later tested positive for salmonella. Thank you very much for this, now I lost weeks worth pay since can't leave the toilet. Food hygiene is nonexistent too since it's freezing in the shop the "chef" wears his outside clothes and raw food touches every surface if he bloody kitchen”

  “Took 1 hr 15 mins for food. Drinks were warm food was cold. Chips were stale. Missing 1 portion of fries, driver said to call the restaurant as he wsnt able to help. The restaurant said they were too busy and were not going to send us any more food and also refused to give a refund. Offered to send them on another order, which won't be happening....very poor service. Apologised but literally stole my money and didn't give me what I ordered.....!”

  “Waited 2 hours for food, called to ask on progress and was told it would arrive in 10 minutes as it was in a car on the way. Called again 25 minutes later to be told it hadn't actually eve been made, and would be another half an hour before it arrived. This isn't the first time this has happened, and we've had similar delivery related issues on the past. The food is fine, but it's not worth waiting 3 hours for.”

  “It’s shame, I’m a regular, me and my girlfriend love the food but cancelled the order due too having a newborn baby and non stop crying. We waited for him too go sleep, called them up too make a order but manger said because we cancelled we had too pay through card. Newborns are very unpredictable and I cancelled within minutes of ordering. Like I said! I LOVE THE FOOD and been a regular from going into store too delivering, But it’s a shame with no understanding. You have lost a regular customer. A very shame!”

  “This was the last straw. Chicken, dead. Chips, deader. 3rd time now foods below par. Burnt everywhere. Went again. Even worse. Worst rice I've ever eaten. Do not support such businesses who don't care what they feed the community.”

  “Considering everyone is ordering takeaway due to the lockdown, the food arrived on time and it was hot. The chicken wings were really nice and the wraps were good aswell. Will use again. Well 1 year on and they have gone from 5 stars to 1! They were obviously really busy because the wait time was 70 min. We waiting over 2 hours last night and the food was not very nice. Why take the order if you can't guarantee it will arrive on time. You don't have to accept all the orders coming through!!!”
