“Great tasting lunch special. Had the Lamb Jalfrezi with Pilau Rice. Washed down with a pint of Cobra. The best Indian in Gloucester in my opinion.”
  • Nic Platts
“The service could not have been better. My son doesn't like much spice, and they certainly made sure he was happy, serving the lamb jalfrezi with no heat, which was perfect for him 😁. My chicken jalfrezi was fabulous, with a thick spicy sauce and plenty of meat. Excellent sides with a generous portion of rice 👍. The set lunch menu at £12 is exceptionally reasonable. A starter, main & side included. It's available even on a Saturday, with a good selection of dishes. 3 courses is available for an extra £2. Thanks for a fab meal 😋👌”

“We ate here last night for the first time, we weren’t expecting much as the restaurant is quite unassuming. But we were blown away by the food, it was absolutely beautiful. The waiting staff were excellent too, smiley and welcoming. My only criticism is that there is one toilet to serve the whole restaurant, not ideal when you have a load of men drinking pints ! But it wouldn’t put me off going back, we loved it.”
  • Marzena
“Never dissapoints, the food is always delicious, need to try the desserts sometime. Only ever had takeout and didnt have to wait longer than 20mins each time, but I also seem to luckily come in just before the rush. Update after 5 moths and few visits later: still amazing!! Came in few times when the place was full and the food always came out high quality, highly recommend always.”

“Could be better, for the price, lamb chops were tough”
