About Tim Hortons - Gloucester
Tim Hortons in Gloucester occupies a unit at Eastern Avenue Retail Park, operating as a fast food restaurant with walk-in counter service. The menu centres on the chain's coffee and doughnut staples, with the Iced French Vanilla latte and the maple dip doughnut as recurring orders alongside lattice fries. Seating fills an open layout of tables and sofas designed for groups meeting up throughout the day. Service runs on self-ordering screens, and the dining area, including its toilets, is frequently left uncleared, with staff observed chatting rather than wiping down tables or removing trays.

Customer Review Summary
The recurring complaint is cleanliness and hot food. Several describe dirty tables, full bins, crumb-covered sofas, fingerprinted windows and unclean toilets, with staff standing chatting or walking past dirty tables. Two say the hot food was dry, one adding that it seemed to have sat under a heat lamp and was rock hard. One reviewer found a Frappuccino to be crushed ice with syrup and milk, and the remade drink, a chocolate shake flavour, was undrinkable even though the gesture was appreciated.

“Iced French Vanilla latte, lattice fries and maple dip doughnut are great - not enjoyed any of the main restaraunt food however as its just dry all the time. Would go back for drink and doughnut if passing by though.”

- Izabella Horvath
“Food was excellent however cleanliness across all area was not great, main door going in was dirty and black, the sofas full or crumbs and stains, all windows covered in finger prints, staff walked past our table saw a dirty table next to us and walked past, toilets not very clean, quite a shame as the food was delicious but to have this level of cleanliness at 11am it's very bad, will not return.”

“Lovely staff and great food. Zareen and Mandeep specifically were great for handling dietary requirements.”
- Melissa Trott
“None of the table tops were clean, could do with a nice hot cloth and some antibacterial spray, the bins were full and the area for condiments could also do with a good clean. Trays and rubbish left on tables. There was 3 staff on that I could see all stood chatting so no excuse for not doing it. No receipts in the self service screens. 4.30 in the afternoon and not busy. No wonder there is hardly any business if it's like this all the time. From reading trip advisor it's been like this for a while. Staff also speaking in their own language”
