“Absolutely cracking kfc experience at lunchtime. The food was spot on, but the real star of the show was Emma. She was brilliant- friendly, cheerful, super helpful and somehow managed to make ordering chicken feel like a five star dinning experience. Honestly if every lunchtime had an Emma ,the world would be a much happier place. She deserves a pay rise ,a medal and possibly her own chicken themed statue outside the restaurant. 10/10 and will be returning to this kfc when I am back in the area working.”
