  “You all know what a KFC is like when its not up to par. Those stringy, slimy, sweaty smelling sad pieces of old, fetid chicken that feel like they've been boiled for hours rather than fried in any sense. The hot wings were exactly the same. The boneless was passable, as is usual, but still on the drier side. Kitchen staff also deleted a group members order on accident and pretended it hadn't happened - I understand mistakes happen, but own up to them, rectify them and move on instead of acting clueless and inept.”

  “WHAT NO SALT OR ICE CREAM? What has happened to this once great food outlet. KFC was once the best, now even MacDonalds is better and that is saying something !! The place was empty, food burnt, the chip are just dreadful, and chicken was dry, and not even allowed salt to give it some taste. Honestly my once fav places to eat has fallen so far downhill, what a shame :(”

  “ordered Chicken Tenders Snack Box via Deliveroo. Tenders were dry, chewy & stringy... obviously had been festering in the hot hold for a very very VERY, long time. Really horrible. (what a shame as the fries were hot, fresh & tasty). why do fast food brands do that? send out duff food for delivery. just don't get it. because customer can't bring it back immediately like those in store? so take advantage of delivery custom or they think gloucester customers don't care about food being decent? just don't get it, thoughtless costs you literally nothing to replenish your products with fresh at regular intervals again, why you do it? don't order the tenders they'll send out so dried out rubbish absolute waste of money”

  “Very disappointing experience. Customer parking is limited to 60 minutes, yet I had to wait 48 minutes for a small order for one person. This was on a weekday after 7:00 PM, not during a busy weekend period, and the restaurant was not particularly busy, only three other customers were waiting for their orders. What was even more surprising was that my drink was prepared as soon as the order entered the system and then left sitting for the entire 48-minute wait. When my order was finally handed over, the ice had completely melted and the drink was no longer fresh. I explained to the staff that I could not accept a drink that had been sitting for so long, that my parking time was running out, and that I was extremely disappointed with the excessive waiting time for such a small order. Because of the excessive delay, I no longer had enough time to eat my meal in the restaurant without risking a parking charge. I had to ask for my order to be packed to take away and ended up eating it in my car after moving and parking on a nearby street. This was both frustrating and completely unexpected. The response from the staff showed very little concern for the customer experience. Waiting nearly an hour for a simple order in a relatively quiet restaurant on a weekday is unacceptable. This was my first visit to this location and, unfortunately, it will also be my last. Overall, it was a shocking customer experience.”
