“Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive through which staff apologised for, chips were dry and cracked, definitely not fresh. The ice in the juice had been prepared had sat so long that it had totally melted by the time I got it. Nae straw or napkin. Mozzarella Dippers were basically a block of cheese again. Then told they are cracking down on sauce but they wouldn’t charge me when I asked for a basic one. The one they gave me that I never asked for was rubbish. £15 for a meal to basically be binned”
