Customer Review Summary
Reviews are split, and the sharpest complaints concern the food. One diner calls the steak pie awful, with inedible pastry and almost no meat in a thick gravy. A long-time breakfast regular describes cold bacon and warm sausages, with the tea the hottest item. Another says the food lacked flavour. Others praise quick, friendly service and a cuppa with a filled roll.

“Morrisons cafe in Glenrothes has done the impossible they actually managed to cook flavour out of the food they serve, I can safely say more flavour would have been achieved if someone chewed it for me and spat it into my mouth at least that way it would of had a taste”

“Stopped Thursday 11 June for lunch with my wife her meal Tikka Masala she said was okay however l had ordered steak pie with chips and gravy which was awful, you needed a hammer and chisel to open the pie. The pastry was inedible the pie filling was a thick sticky gravy with a minuscule amount of meat. There is probably more beef/ meat in a packet of beef crisps than in the pie, truly awful.”
