Pour: 2 parts vodka + 1 part coffee & one part liqueur, espresso. Into a: cocktail shaker (filled with ice). Shake & strain into a martini glass. garnish: coffee beans.

Directions: fill a tall glass with ice. Squeeze & drop 2 lime wedges into glass. Pour in the rum. Top with soda. Stir gently. Ingredients: 1 part white rum, 2 parts cola, 2 lime wedges.

35ml vodka, squeeze lime, 25ml cranberry juice. Place into cocktail shaker, fill with ice, shake, strain into glass. Garnish: twist orange peel.

Ingredients: 2 ounces whiskey, 1 ounce vermouth, 2 dashes bitters. Stir whiskey, vermouth & bitters with ice. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with an orange peel and a cherry.

Ingredients: 2 ice cubes, double shot of vodka, juice of 1/2 lemon, 6 dashes worcestershire sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste. Add ingredients to a glass & garnish with celery.

Ingredients: 2 tsp sugar, 6-8 mint leaves, 1/2 lime, light rum, club soda. Directions: place sugar, mint & lime into glass. Mix to dissolve sugar. Add rum and lime juice. Fill glass with ice cubes. Top with club soda.

Pour: 2 parts coffee liqueur & 5 parts vodka with ice. Float: 3 parts fresh cream on top. Stir slowly.

Ingredients: 1 oz triple sec, 1 oz tequila, 1 oz light rum, 1 oz vodka, 1 oz gin. Directions: add a splash of lemon juice. Top with cola.

Mix in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Strain into a coupette glass. Ingredients: 2 oz. Cognac, 1 oz. Cointreau, 1 oz. lemon juice, 1 tsp. Simple syrup.

In a highball glass (filled with ice). Add 2 oz dark rum. Top with 3 1/2 oz ginger beer. + a couple of lime wedges.
