“What an absolute gem of a place!! We've never been before and purely came here because I wanted to walk from Knowle Village and loved the name of the name of the pub 😆 We had a lovely lunch and a couple of drinks on Bank Holiday Monday. Its clearly a popular spot and I can see why. The food was delicious! The menu is varied and not so large that you can't choose and the prices are reasonable. The staff were chatty, friendly and polite. All in all, we had a lovely couple of hours at the Castle In The Air and we'll be back.”

“We were a party of 5. Dean welcomed us warmly & offered us very good service. Everyone seemed very satisfied with their food choices, all empty plates! The pies looked 'proper', encased & topped with pastry with rich gravy served on the side. The Gammon & egg appeared to satisfy one of our party. The Greek flatbreads with salad were enjoyed topped with grilled chicken. For the price & with drinks & a couple of coffees, all in all, a most reasonable lunch. Thank you 😊”

“Delicious roast, I had a combo of turkey and beef, ever so moist and fresh! It was nicely served and for a very fair price. Loved the beef! We will be back <3”

“Dean and Chris were absolutely fantastic. First time I've ever been there, we treated exceptionally even my godmother who has MS and struggled to move. Food was good as well”
