“We both got the chorizo hash, was fantastic. This cafe is best thing to come out of Falkirk”

“Edited... My previous review 3 years ago had this as our go-to for brunch. They did the best cooked breakfasts and hot chocolates and the staff are always wonderful. The cakes look excellent too. We were here almost every weekend as there's nowhere better. Sadly, I'm having to update as it seems to have gone downhill since then. The new owners have clearly put a lot of effort into the interior and getting more seats in but the food itself is just not as good. The ingredients used seem to be poorer quality and the choice of some of the options are a bit off (french toast with berries but then it also had a very luminous pink sauce and marshmallows when it arrived which really ruined the dish...) Gutted to have to update but I think more effort needs to go into the food first as it is noticeable since the change in ownership. Its definitely no longer top spot in our list of brunch spots in/around Falkirk!”

“Food was cold and order was wrong, tea and hot chocolate came out cold, food was terrible quality, did not enjoy one bit.”

“We had a fried breakfast and pancakes, both dishes were delicious! Everything was served quickly and piping hot. Good portion sizes, and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back soon - it's hard to find a place that does poached eggs and has browns as good as here!”
