“First time at this chain. Lovely location right near the water at the Quay. We chose the shaded terrace, turned out to be a perfect Friday evening. Staff very friendly, busy and easily got attention. Good glass of wine and an OK ‘Rockfish’ draught lager. First green flag; EVERYTHING on the menu is available gluten free. Amazing for my partner. Croquettes first time in ages for her. Chargrilled sardines - yum! Baked scallops were about perfect. Secondly the selection of fresh fish and treatments; first time we’ve had silver mullet with Romesco, although the sauce was a little too smoked paprika-forward for us, though it still worked against the great flavoured fillet. Tasty Greek salad and excellent, bottomless chips to round it out. Even when it got busy, there were plenty of staff to take care of everyone. A truly great experience, simple yet competently prepared fresh seafood and a great gluten free ethos. We’d definitely go again.”
