  “We ordered the seafood pladder and stincotto (pork) the seafood was lukewarm and the pork was cold to the touch when we called over service (assuming manager or owner as he wasn’t in uniform) he told my girlfriend that it was supposed to be cold in the middle so he wouldn’t have to remake it and save money I myself have my certificates as I was a chef in training for nearly a year I have my catering and health and food safety certification Pork of any kind has a legal requirement to be served is 70•c in the middle I don’t blame the chef as we could’ve got the food reheated but the manager/owner insisted it was ment to be that way thinking we were stupid and if any of us get sick expect papers to be sent from the courthouse £100 wasted to bad service the food tasted amazing but the whole experience was ruined from the pure and utter disrespect from the manager/owner trying to pull a cheap one on us not the service you expect from a fine dining restaurant”

  “I have dined twice at this restaurant this year and the food is very good especially the fillet steak!! 😁 Unfortunately the service is very poor as we have either been approached by different waitresses asking if our food is fine every 10 minutes which is very annoying which does not allow us privacy and to enjoy our food which i did mention to the manager, on our last visit we ordered our food but had to wait 10 minutes for our vegetables and asked twice for them. I think this needs to be addressed by management.”

  “Arrived as party of 6. Service and order tracking was a bit slow but our selection process was also slow. Food arrived 4 of 6 meals were excellent and piping got and on very hot plates. 2 of our party choose the chicken sstayand found the chicken dried out and satay sauce stodgy and bit to there liking. Plus points for the carbonara and the salmon. Extra extra plus points for the fried gubben cheese and the wild mushroom risotto. Limited selection of beer Veronica Heineken or Guinness, more focused on expensive wine list. with many offerings around £30 or more. Lovely liquor coffee to finish. We weren't allowed to bring birthday cake on site so opted out of desserts to eat at our accommodation. All in £217 between 6. Several top notch servers / staff.”

  “A hidden gem of exceptional quality! Can tell the place is well loved. Food was explosively delicious. People were kind, attentive and friendly. Loved the wall murals. Would travel another 6 hours just to come back here again.”
