“One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. I waited 20 minutes for my order, only to receive cold food. When I asked for a replacement, I waited another 20 minutes and still got nothing. Completely unacceptable. When I went to ask again, the manager (blue hair) spent 15 minutes trying to figure out what happened. Total chaos, zero organization, zero professionalism. I paid for a meal I never properly received, and they even refused to issue a refund. This restaurant has no respect for customers. Absolutely disgraceful. Never again”
