“I’m a very regular visitor to this Costa as it’s local to me. It’s recently been refurbished and has a lovely clean and modern feel. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The manageress sets a really good example and standard to her staff. Most of the baristas make very very good coffee. It’s often busy but well worth it!”

“Very clean and spacious... I was pleasantly surprised that the barista who served me was not the usual stressed, dour type that I find in Costas, but was warm, friendly and cheerful. I was welcomed with a smile on arrival, and thanked for my custom when I left... A small touch that is lacking at so many other branches. Tables were cleared promptly which is also problematic with other branches. Portsmouth branch should send their staff here for a lesson in customer service!”
