About Pizza Hut
Pizza Hut is a pizza restaurant at 14 Coliseum Way in Ellesmere Port, open daily. The lunchtime buffet brings together a free salad bar, a dip station and an Ice Cream Factory, with pizzas and pasta also served at the buffet. Tongs sit at the salad bar for self-service. The main menu lists pan crust and cheesy bites crust pizzas, and a set deal combines a pizza, a dessert and a drink. The restaurant runs on table service, so the team brings food to the table. Orders go in through kiosk screens in the restaurant or through an app.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the friendly, welcoming servers, who check in on tables, keep track of when desserts are due, and help with ordering on the app. Several describe birthday celebrations and allergy needs handled helpfully, including letting a family put up balloons and banners. Food praise centers on crispy pizza bases, quick arrival at the table, and a lunchtime buffet with fresh pizza and pasta, while one diner found the pizza, dessert and drink deal excellent value. Complaints are specific. One reviewer was disappointed that the cheesy bites crust is no longer offered, though the kiosk screens and the sign outside still advertise it. Another found the salad bar and dip station short on pasta and dips, and mentions a cold dining room, sticky floors and poorly kept toilets. One buffet reviewer reports pizzas not being replenished, tables stacked with used plates, and another diner dipping fingers in the sauces, which left them feeling sick. Even so, one family who arrived shortly before closing describes staff refilling the salad bar and bringing out fresh, clean tongs.

“Lucas is a lovely waiter, made us laugh & smile. However, we were very disappointed that the cheesy bites crust is no longer an option. The cheesy bites crust pizza is still displayed on the kiosk order screens & the outside of the restaurant has a sign which reads “Home of the cheesy bites”. Upon arrival, we noticed the restaurant was quite cold as multiple air con units above the seating area. Dip station & salad bar could’ve been better - no pasta or range of dips available. Food we ordered was nice & tasty & delivered to the table quickly. Cleanliness not great - sticky floors & toilets not kept well. Overall, 3 stars!”

“Alicia at cheshire oaks pizza hut was so lovely and helpful nothing was to much. We were able to put balloons and banners up and she assisted in every way possible. Great experience especially with how hard it is with allergies.”

“It is with great pleasure and a profound sense of culinary satisfaction that I submit this formal appraisal regarding my recent visit to the esteemed Pizza Hut establishment situated within the vibrant Cheshire Oaks leisure and retail district. In an era where customer stewardship in the casual dining sector frequently encounters mediocrity, the level of professionalism and refined attentiveness I experienced on this occasion was nothing short of exemplary.Upon arrival at the premises, the architectural cleanliness and sophisticated ambiance of the dining room immediately established a welcoming tone. However, the true pinnacle of the evening was realized through the exceptional conduct of our designated server, Lucas. From the very inception of our seating, Lucas demonstrated a masterclass in hospitality. His demeanor was characterized by an immaculate blend of aristocratic courtesy, profound product knowledge, and an innate intuition regarding the cadence of service.Lucas approached our table with a poise and graciousness more commonly associated with high-end establishments rather than a mainstream pizzeria. He articulated the nuances of the menu—ranging from the classic pan crust variations to the contemporary specialty offerings—with remarkable clarity and refined articulation. When inquiries were raised concerning dietary preferences and specific customizations, Lucas addressed each query with diligent precision, ensuring that the culinary requirements of our party were met with absolute exactitude.Furthermore, the timing maintained by Lucas throughout the progression of our meal was nothing short of miraculous. Starters arrived at the optimal temperature and interval, followed seamlessly by the main entrées, which bore testament to the kitchen's competence under such attentive front-of-house coordination. Plates were cleared with discreet efficiency, and our glasses were replenished with a proactive vigilance that never once crossed into intrusion. Lucas balanced his demanding section with an effortless grace, maintaining a tranquil and reassuring presence that elevated the entire dining experience. The culinary preparations themselves—specifically the harmonious balance of seasoning upon the signature dough and the pristine presentation of the accompanying salad selections—reflected the high operational standards of this specific branch. Yet, it was undeniably the human element, personified by Lucas, that transformed a routine supper into a memorable occasion of fine casual dining. It is my unequivocal belief that staff members of Lucas’s caliber are a rare asset to any hospitality group. His dedication to superlative service brings immense credit not only to himself but to the management and operational ethos of the Cheshire Oaks location. I commend him without reservation and look forward with great anticipation to my next return to this distinguished establishment, predicated entirely upon the standard of care so ably provided by Lucas.”

“The staff members here are absolutely amazing, especially Josh, who I assumed was the manager last night. We arrived around 10:30 PM—just half an hour before closing—following a grueling 20-mile kids' cycling session. Because the kids were looking forward to a Pizza Hut treat, we decided to take a gamble, fully expecting to be turned away or let down given how late it was. However, Josh didn’t let us down at all! He warmly welcomed us in and reassured us that they didn't close until 11:00 PM. The entire team was fantastic. Even with less than 30 minutes left on the clock, they completely refilled the salad bar to ensure we had plenty to eat and brought out fresh, clean tongs. The pizzas were exceptional—perfectly crispy bases and clearly not rushed at all. The entire experience was absolutely PERFECT! We were so incredibly impressed by the team's hospitality; they never once made us feel rushed, allowing us and our three children to truly relax and enjoy our food. Thank you, Josh and team!”

“Public health warning DO NOT VISIT Went in for a touch of childhood nostalgia to have the lunch time buffet today and the service and food was awful the pizzas available were very random and not being replaced hardly at all for the number of people in there so I had a couple of scraps after the greedy people had loaded there plates with what looked like 8 or more slices at a time and that’s all fine I can put that aside but the salad bar tipped it over the edge the food was all mixed and not very well topped up or looked after and I saw one women Aprox 60 black greasy hair on a table of 4 literally dip her finger in all of the sauces and lick it off this was vile and put me off my food , also the ‘manager’ was doing nothing tables were literally full of used plates and food and instead of taking the away she just staked more plates on top of them this is really poor and being sat next to these tables made me feel sick we had a small bowl of salad maybe 3 slices of pizza and left as I felt genuinely sick by this experience but couldn’t find the manager when we went to leave to complain to about all of this I will not be back and I urge everyone to avoid for there own health”
