Customer Review Summary
Reviewers split sharply on the pizza itself. The Ranch BBQ, with a barbecue sauce base instead of tomato, is praised as sweet and delicious, and the veggie pizza and garlic bread are called tasty, hot and fresh. One reviewer says two large pizzas from the collection offers fed five people with leftovers. Close behind, the tomato sauce draws complaints: one reviewer says the base tasted like bitter tomato paste, and another reports too much sauce, mistakes and forgotten items. Service is the recurring sore point. Several describe an order that never arrived, extras paid for but never added, and a late order that came cold, soggy and short on cheese after a rude phone exchange, with only juice offered as compensation. One reviewer says staff hung up when they asked about a replacement. Another could not complete payment because the card verification text never reached their non-UK phone. On the positive side, one guest had a late order delivered fresh to a hotel reception, and a duplicate app order was caught, cancelled and refunded without delay.

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDER AND LIED ABOUT IT. TAKE YOUR MONEY. NOT REPUTABLE! ZERO SERVICE! NOT WORTH IT.”

“Avoid! Terrible food and service. Ordered online at 10.50pm at Portobello. Received a phonecall 25mins later saying their ovens broken and I will get my order from Southside within 20mins. I said but my food will be cold, so I will need to put my oven on to heat up food. After no delivery I had to call Southside branch to enquire why it had been 1 hour since I ordered. Got a rude staff, saying they just got my ticket, he continuely wouldnt allow me to speak. I asked 2 times to speak to manager, he finally said I was speaking to him. I asked for compensation few times, ignored, finally offered some juice (I'd spent about £30) food finally arrived at 12.30am after I'd called again. Pizza was cold, soggy, tasteless, tomato sauce not fresh, hardly any cheese. Hardly any wedges. By the time I'd eaten my oven had been on for over an hour!”

“I don't know what's happened but that's fine be my last domino pizza. The base sauce tasted like pure tomato paste, really strong and bitter.”
