  “Beautiful and cozy cafe, great views from upstairs seating area. We had chicken caprase, brownie and pistachio croissant, everything was delicious especially panini. Coffee is also top notch with bunch of options for other drinks as well, had an Oreo shake as well - thick and indulgent. I don’t agree with previous reviews regarding customer service, I felt welcome and loved the service. Highly recommended 👍”

  “Don’t be fooled for the high rating, unfriendly service from a staff member this afternoon. I went in with a smile, asked her how she was and that I wanted to order a latte. Barely a response from her or even half a smile. Then once my coffee was served, I I thanked her and said, “I hope you have a lovely day” to which I got a very flat response “you too”. Basic friendliness and courtesy go a long way, especially in a customer facing role. If you don’t enjoy a customer facing role then perhaps don’t work there? Simple as. Also, the coffee was bland.”

  “I found The Lion Gate Café to be a lovely place, with cute design and attractive atmosphere! Great spot to relax after a stroll in the park. Great for a date, too! 😁 Its location is great for a short adventure in the hot weather. The coffee is super tasty, locally sourced brand and they have a large amount of specialities! I definitely enjoy places, who are privet and have still put a great effort in the interior and atmosphere! Will be there again and 💯 recommend!! 🙃”

  “Not recommended to visit. Went there with relatives. Ordered 2 ice-creams, cocktail, lemonades and matcha. They bring us a wrong ice cream, never apologised, were beyound unhappy that I claimed the right one,said “are u sure you said strawberry one????” And in the end took of the other one, which my child already licked 🤡 I hope u haven’t put it back in the fridge. They also counted a tea we never ordered. Very impolite staff. Not a place to be”
