  “Went to pay for meal 32.00 but when I got there I was charged £40.+ when I questioned the difference I was told they had up dated the prices, I asked why they hadn't updated there online prices and was told he didn't know how to, yet they know how to put them up in the first place, WILL NOT BE USING THIS TAKEAWAY AGAIN, BEWARE”

  “ordered chicken and sweetcorn soup (really nice with just right amount of salt), prawn fried rice (not enough vegetables), and sweet and sour chicken (good but not excellent). overall good quality and good value for the price, considering its a cheap place.”

  “Sadly very poor food today. Ordered salt and chilli ribs and Singapore noodles. I opened my order at home to find Chinese ribs with seasoned onions and a piece or two of chilli and the most plain looking Singapore noodles I've ever seen. Not awful tasting but not what I would expect.”

  “Great quality and value food, always our first choice for Chinese. Staff are very friendly. Food always ready within 15-20 mins of ordering. Shop itself is quite dated but it only serves as a pickup place for orders. There is parking nearby but it’s difficult to find a space sometimes.”

  “Came here as we saw all the good reviews, got back tonight only to find we had what can only be described as last weeks spare ribs; couldn’t bite or even cut the meat off - grim, all went in the bin and China House no longer on the treat list 😔”

  “Came here for our tea. The service is diabolical. My sister went in whilst I waited outside on the mobility scooter. She placed our order and the sat waiting. People came in after that and ordered and got their food before us. Disgusting service and appalling service. Their to busy talking to each other in the kitchen. We waited 30 minutes for a chicken curry with boiled rice and 2 spring rolls. Absoloutley disgusting”

  “Lovely local family run business, been going there for years. Highly recommend it. Unfortunately doesn't take card transactions or deliver themselves. Apart from that, well worth it. Just an update. They do take card now. 👍”

  “Visited last week for the first time. Need to have a mask in the shop and wait outside after placing order. Weirdly, cash only payments, which is even more annoying since cash machine right outside the shop charges for withdrawals. Food was quite delicious and decent portions. Had to order prawn crackers separately which was odd since you get them as extra almost everywhere else. Would recommend this place and will use it again ☺️”
